The Badachro Harbour Trust is a not for profit organisation which owns and maintains the visitor moorings and marker buoys in Badachro bay.
At present, we have 4 visitor moorings, rated up to 20 tonnes, which are serviced annually by an insured dive team. The 4 blue moorings are to port when you enter the bay, on the south side of Isle Horrisdale.
We welcome visiting yachts year-round, with our main season running from Easter through October.
In Badachro, there is a pub open daily during the season for lunch and dinner. We highly recommend that you book if you are planning on having a meal in the Badachro Inn. You can reach them on 01445 741255.
Just up the road from the inn, you will find Latitude 57, a nautically-themed gift shop. During the peak season, they are open daily, generally, from 10-5. Hours are updated regularly online if you would like to check ahead. Open March-December. To shop at other times, please phone or text 07818 616 488.
At the far end of the village, you will find the Badachro Distillery, which offers pre-booked tours of their micro gin distillery. Their phone number is 01445 741282.
There is no food shop in Badachro. The closest food shop is in Gairloch: The Shop on the Pier has a good selection of basic provisions, wine, and spirits. If you stop at the pier in Gairloch, it's a short walk down to the shop.
Gairloch Pier has fuel on the main pier and water on the pontoon. You can contact the Gairloch Harbour Master on VHF #12 or tel 01445 712140. A Highland Council fuel card is required for out of hours fuel.
If you require any boating assistance while you're with us, you can contact Rob at Badachro Marine on 0777 565 2911 (also the number for the Badachro Harbour Trust).
